We took our 2nd cruise in Sept. of 2002 and that is when we found Pam Silverman. She was working for a travel agency in Beaumont at the time. We are not "world travelers" but we do like to cruise and have since taken 7 or 8 more cruises. Even though she is now located in the Dallas area we still call Pam with any of our travel arrangements.
We recently booked a cruise on the Voyager for the week of March 6. On our first day we received word that my father was going to have to have surgery and was not expected to survive. I immediately called Pam and she took care of everything for us. With the level of communication being so limited and costly, not to mention the stress we were under, I don't think we could have made all the travel arrangements to get home without her help. It is my understanding that travel agents no longer make any commission off airfare, so we feel she went above and beyond. It is so reassuring to know when you are so far from home and need assistance that you have someone to call.
Even though we don't do alot of traveling or spend the "big bucks" Pam always treats us like we are special clients. She is always very prompt returning my calls or e-mails and always tries to get us the best rate available. We appreciate her so much and will always call her with our travel needs.

Mr. King put forth in coordinating an amazing trip through Paris France for Julie and me.
It had been Julie's dream to someday visit Paris. Dwayne and Arta Travel put together a trip across France that far exceeded her most lavish dreams. Not only was this trip like something you would see on "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous", but he worked in our behalf to maximize or budget and get the most for our money. I was truly impressed with his efforts and it's because of Mr. King that we will use Arta Travel again in the future.
Further, I intend to reccommended Arta Travel and Mr. King to anyone looking for an amazing adventure.

Thank you for helping arrange a trip of a lifetime! We had a wonderful time and everything went very smoothly thanks to your careful planning. Our hotel reservations were made, occasionally we were met with champagne and a fruit platter thanks to your agency's privileges, breakfast was always included and I know at Balmoral and De Crillon our rooms were upgraded to a larger suite. Every transfer showed up in a timely manner and the drivers were professional and courteous. Our guides were all there and professional and knowledgeable. The train / plane tickets were accurate and every detail from the perfumery to the cooking classes went off without a hitch.
If you are interested, I had observations on several of the hotels, private experiences and driving arrangements, but just let me know.

“We had a great time at the Marival Residences in Puerto Vallarta, weather was perfect. All the boys were thoroughly entertained, they jet skied, parasailed, swam with the dolphins and rode the surf until they were completely exhausted.
The unexpected goodie was the regatta which started on Sunday, the marker boats were directly in front of the resort, and we so enjoyed watching the sailing. Thank you for all your patience and help.

“We wish to Thank You for the Five Day Ski Vacation @ Mt Crested Butte. We had not skied for over twenty years. In fact, our last ski trip was to Crested Butte. We rented a house outside the Mountain Lift area. It was entirely different than staying at The Elevation Hotel & Spa.
Our stay at The Elevation was most memorable. Our room was large including a Mountain View with Balcony. The Elevation is truly a (Ski In/ Ski Out) Hotel. The Two main Lifts are within 100’ of the Hotel. Best of all, The Elevation offers not only Ski Rental, but a Ski Valet. At the end of the day you can ski to within 30’ of the Hotel Ski Valet, and walk up to your room. Best of all, was the staff at The Elevation. They were most accommodating and friendly. It was refreshing to stay in a Resort Hotel that really wanted your business and went out of their way to meet our needs.
A feature of the Base Area where The Elevation Hotel is located, it offers Shops and Restaurants to meet our needs. There is no need to travel elsewhere, unless you wanted to Shop in the Town of Crested Butte which is 3 miles away. Although, that is easily accessed by a City Bus that commutes every 15 minutes. No need to rent a car.
Our traveling the week before Spring Break was a Blessing. No Crowds, No Lift lines, and Good Service. We were amazed at how Open and Friendly all of the Hotel and Lift Area employees were.
Again, Thank you for the entire package of Air, Hotel & Lift Tickets. It couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend The Elevation Hotel & Spa for your Ski Bums. Crested Butte brings back the laid back/ old school of skiing.”

“I wanted to let you know that our trip was fantastic. Flights, transfers, hotels, train from London to Paris, and tours all went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend the Brighton Hotel in Paris to others - small but great breakfast, good service and perfect location. Our "apartment" was perfect for the 4 of us. The Landing Beaches tour was probably the highlight. Coach station was a block from the hotel, we left right on time, tour guide was excellent, and lunch was superb (included wine!). We had a double decker coach and we all got seats on top with magnificent views! We also took the Oxford, Strafford and Warwick tour by the same company when we were in London and it was great too. I decided it was easier to do the package tour than me trying to do it myself with 2 kids, 2 seniors and my husband.

“I have told myself everyday to send you an email thanking you for everything I just got busy and forgot. Costa Rica was amazing and hands down the best trip we have ever been on. The hotels were amazing and very accommodating to our needs and friendly. Arenal Nayara was beautiful the first day we could almost see the top of the Volcano. At Arena, we did the Canopy tour which was amazing, the horseback and hike to the La Fortuna waterfall, and the 3 in one trip volcano hike hot springs and dinner.
At Manuel Antonio Si Como No was an amazing hotel as well. We did the Butterfly Garden, The national park with a guide, allot of the beach and sun, and an amazing spa treatment (couples volcanic massage). The food was excellent everywhere we went. Hotel Grano De Oro was very nice but does not have a/c but we were only there for 2 nights (but a very very nice hotel all in all) We have already been talking about going back and taking some friends. We want to thank you so much for all of this it went perfect. ”
